Dubai, United Arab Emirates – The Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF) officially inaugurated the Ethraa Career Fair for the Banking and Financial Sector, bringing together leading organizations and institutions as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting and empowering Emirati talent while strengthening national participation in the banking and financial sector.

The career fair is organized in collaboration with several strategic partners, including the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE), Nafis, the Federal Youth Authority, the Emirates Human Resources Development Council, and Al-Futtaim.The event provides a platform that connects Emirati job seekers with some of the sector’s leading employers.

The exhibition forms part of a broader initiative to develop national human capital by fostering direct engagement between Emirati talent and industry leaders. It aims to introduce young professionals to a wide range of career pathways and employment opportunities within the banking and financial sector.

The Emirates Institute of Finance emphasized that the banking and financial sector continues to evolve rapidly, creating an increasing demand for highly qualified national talent equipped with the skills and knowledge required to meet future industry needs. The Institute also highlighted the importance of continued collaboration among public and private sector partners to develop and prepare Emirati professionals for successful careers.
