EIF Innovation Hub is the first ATAP® in the UAE, specializing exclusively in the financial services sector, with its flagship talent development pillar LearnLAB committed to equip talent with future-ready skills through immersive, high-impact learning experiences at state-of-the-art facilities located on the Dubai Campus of the Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF).

Established by the Central Bank of the UAE at the Emirates Institute of Finance, the EIF Innovation Hub serves as a national platform to build advanced innovation competencies across the financial sector in line with international standards, provide a dynamic, future-ready environment for research and development, and cultivate a robust innovation ecosystem – positioning the UAE at the forefront of financial innovation globally. EIF Innovation Hub is the key component of the CBUAE “Financial Infrastructure Transformation Programme,” which comprises nine initiatives to accelerate digital transformation across the financial landscape.
