EIF Certified Professional Coach is a learning journey focused on creating qualified and highly skilled coaches, to support the career and professional personal transformation of the Financial sector workforce.

The program is a uniquely crafted learning journey with a Foundation and Specialization phase with two of the world’s reputed Coaching bodies ICF and EQ World.

The Learners will require the following Certifications:

Phase 1: (Foundation)

  • Certified Professional Coach and/or ICF Associate Certified Coach

Phase 2: (Specialization: EQ-based coaching)

  • Certified Performance Coach — EQ World

PHASE 1: FOUNDATION

Day 1-6 (LEVEL 1 PATHWAY)

CPC: Certified Professional Coach: 60 Hours — Classroom Training

Qualifies for:

ICF-ACC: (Associate Certified Coach): 100 hours + 60 hours of CPC

Modules of the complete program are listed below. We recommend going through these to understand what is expected to learn from each module for the level 1 CPC – Certified Professional Coach.

MODULE 1: FOUNDATIONAL COACHING SKILLS

OBJECTIVES

The learning objective is to help participants understand the definition of coaching, its processes, what coaching is not, the application of coaching in multiple aspects of personal, professional & organizational development & and how coaches need to evolve in the journey of becoming a professional coach. At the end of this module, participants will have learned the basics of coaching, different types of coaching, and its application.

MODULE 2: COACH TRANSFORMATION — A JOURNEY

OBJECTIVES

This module’s learning objective is to help participants discover themselves, understand, and manage themselves better. Develop an attitude of continuous learning and developing their skills of coaching. In this module, we transform our participants and support them in developing their deeper level of listening skills, understanding their emotional intelligence, and developing for others. This is a self-reflection module to set the participants for becoming a Transformational Coach. At the end of this module, participants will evolve as better listeners and more mindful, which we consider is the basis of anyone’s journey of becoming a professional coach.

MODULE 3: BUILDING COACHING COMPETENCIES

OBJECTIVES

At the end of this module, participants get a clear understanding of ICF Core Competencies, Competency Framework & CCE Competency Framework. They will be able to apply them in their coaching conversations. We relate these competencies with the self-transformation in Module 2 and further build them in coaching conversations. This is a highly interactive and practical module where students start to practice and build their coaching skills through intensive practice and assessing their own coaching conversation through extensive practice & self-reflection work.

MODULE 4: WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS

OBJECTIVES

As participants better understand the competencies in Module 3, at the end of this module, students build their understanding on how to incorporate and manage the whole process of coaching following ICF core competencies, EMCC competency framework & CCE competency framework while maintaining professional standards, ICF Code of Ethics, Global Code of Ethics and CCE BCC code of ethics. Participants will be able to start managing coaching as a practice primarily with life and career coaching clients.

ICF — ACC CERTIFICATION JOURNEY

ICF ACCREDITATION STEPS

STEP 1
Completion of at least 60 hours of coach-specific training that meets ICF guidelines for credentialing.
STEP 2
Completion of at least 100 hours of client-coaching experience since the start of their coach training.
STEP 3
Completion of 10 hours of mentor coaching with an eligible mentor coach.
STEP 4
Submission of a completed application for the Associate Certified Coach Credential.
STEP 5
Pass both knowledge and performance assessments at the Associate Certified Coach level.

DAYS 5 & 6

Practical Coaching and Peer Learning

Theory comes to life through practice. Engage in coaching sessions with your peers, applying EQ competencies through various templates and activities. This hands-on approach ensures your skills as a Coach are honed, your confidence soars, and your ability to impact lives becomes second nature.

Outcomes:

  • Understand the EQ Competency Framework
  • Learn to debrief the EQCF profile
  • Access the exclusive “50 Activities EQ Trainers Play’ to run impactful EQ programs
  • Learn to design your own 1 or 2 day workshops
  • Be equipped with Coaching templates, and leading questions to coach with outcomes from the EQCP
DAY 7

Review & Evaluation

3 weeks to put your learnings to test administering the coach a 2 people over 2 session ach. Recordings of the debrief session to be shared for evaluation, along with feedback form filled in by the 2 coaches.

Outcomes:

  • Evaluation of ability to interpret, debrief the EQCP
  • Review of skill in coaching with outcomes
  • Feedback and areas of improvement

Certification is issued on successful review & evaluation.
